We have setup our square online marketplace. We lose some $% when you pay with your card online, but it’s easier for you and you may feel it’s more secure. Either way, we’re happy to add this payment method to our system and look forward to seeing everyone on Saturday mornings to loan out tools.

The IRS received our application for nonprofit status recognition on May 10, 2012 and we have finally received a letter confirming our recognition. It’s been a long wait, but we couldn’t be happier to receive the notice and the timing is perfect.
We still have a garage worth of tools to catalogue, tools to purchase with funds raised in the ioby campaign and most importantly need to locate an appropriate space for the Phoenix Tool Shed. But let’s not let those minor details stop you from signing up to become a member. Due to the circumstances, any membership started before the doors are open will be extended to a year after our first day of business once that is established. A huge thanks to everyone that shared the link or took it upon themselves to donate to the crowdfunding campaign. We raised 86% of our goal and are thrilled with that accomplishment. On some platforms, we wouldn’t receive the money unless we fully met our goal, but ioby isn’t set up that way so all the pledge money will be sent to our bank account and then promptly and properly be utilized to proceed in the establishment of Phoenix’s first public tool library. Thank you again and I look forward to loaning you all tools in the near future.
Support for the Tool Shed is on the rise. We’ve passed the 75% mark for funding in the Get2Gether Neighborhood Challenge.
